Come Watch Sam's Survivor 5: Asteria ~ All-Stars

From 36 to 18...

We started with 36 players in five unique tribes, none of them knowledgable of the others' existance. Each day they explored personally hand-drawn maps to discover Asteria's hidden secrets. If they came across each other, the two tribes officially met and they could go to War, Merge, or do nothing.


Immunity Challenge 11 ~ Worldwide takes place *TONIGHT* and will send them across the Internet throughout many websites, forums, and AIM as they frantically race for Immunity. At 9:30 PM CST the first password will be given out and you too can race along with them on the same path.


It's Day 50 and the castaways have reached the celebrated halfway point - The Final 18. Come watch them whiddle themselves down to one Sole Survivor as they compete in unique challenges and dramatic Tribal Councils. Watch the Asteria Opening Video, look at the Leaderboards, read about the first 10 Episodes, read questions anonymously answered through the Parlor Games, and watch as every 4 days another one gets the unceremonious kick off the Island.

Of course Final 18 feels like a huge accomplishment.. and then I see other cast releases where the casts are at like 18 or 16 and I groan and realize how much farther there is to go

After 4 tribes voted to merge into 2, the pressure on Bajau was high because they were down 9 to 11. They managed one win, but soon after they were plagued with losses, barely falling behind every time.


First they sent home Chuck, runner up of Wonderland.


Right on his heels went Lexie, fourth place of Andes. This was surprising because Lexie had been in the majority tribe come merge. She was caught scheming with the enemy and couldn't talk her way out of it:


Then Aaron fell, sole representative from Wonderland side-game, Through the Looking Glass:


Eric B, runner up of Machu Picchu, followed his great friend Aaron like he had the entire game.


Things weren't looking good for Bajau. At Immunity Challenge 14, it was revealed that the losers of this IC would be forced to pay Twice the Price - going to two consecutive Tribal Councils, one right after the other. If Bajau lost, they'd be down to just 3 against Xavante's 9. However, Xavante never quite got their feet off the ground, and loss in a close game of logic.


Day 66 kicked off the first of two straight TC's for Xavante. Who got voted off on Day 66? Who is going to be voted off on Day 67?


When will the tribes vote to merge? What further twists are in store? What does the world of Asteria hold for them?


Only one will survive.
